Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must not be sent without prior approval. Please contact us before returning any item. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalised products (including print-on-demand items), personal care products (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Personalised, custom-made, and print-on-demand products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you have any questions or concerns about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item once your return has been approved, and then place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
