At World Heritage Collection, we are committed to preparing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Some of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities to ensure exceptional quality. As a result, processing times may vary depending on product availability and production requirements.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

Estimated delivery within Australia is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

International Shipping

We currently ship to customers in:

  • New Zealand
  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries
  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

International delivery generally takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Additional shipping charges apply to all international orders.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where tracking is available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

World Heritage Collection is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

World Heritage Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional shipping charges resulting from redelivery, returned parcels, or unclaimed shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.
